CHELSEA NEWTON
Director of Talent Acquisition, Mosaic

Chelsea Newton is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Mosaic, a top experiential marketing and out sourced sales company in North America. With over ten years of experience in marketing and talent acquisition, Chelsea develops and runs the recruiting & employment brand teams within Mosaic to drive over 12,000 hires annually. As an extension of her role, she also builds and oversees campus and social media employment programs for clients nationally and internationally in the United States, China, Western Europe, Russia and Ukraine. As part of fully integrated concepts or standalone brand activations, Mosaic develops unique and customized branded experiences that stop, engage, entertain and educate customers in retail, event and online locations. These marketing concepts are used within Mosaic's Talent Acquisition strategy to engage potential candidates where they spent time - on campus and online through social media platforms and tools. Chelsea is very passionate about social media and is an active user both personally and professionally.

 

 

CLINT PHILP
Manager, Employment Brand and HR Social Media at Shoppers Drug Mart

Clint Philp is the Manager, Employment Brand and HR Social Media at Shoppers Drug Mart, and is responsible for the recruitment marketing strategy and execution for this well-known Canadian retail icon, as well as finding ways to utilize social media use by HR.

Clint has worked previously in the telecommunications industry, with Research In Motion and Rogers Communications, helping them design, launch and support strategies to use digital and social media in recruitment marketing, focusing on minimizing paid media and maximizing owned and earned media.

Prior to going client-side, Clint headed up the interactive and digital services at a recruitment advertising agency for almost a decade, helping transition the company from a traditional media focus to a more holistic one, with digital services and measurement at the hub.

Analytical and interested in technology, Clint started in Engineering before transitioning to study business.  He graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Nipissing University, and also has Certificates in Interactive Multimedia from Canadore College and e-Marketing from the Canadian Marketing Association.

 

 

STEVEN Z. EHRLICH
Global VP, Client Development & Campus Recruiting, TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications

Fueled by an addiction (and brand loyalty) to Diet Coke, Steven has spent the past 18 years as a complete "tech geek." As an early adopter of everything from the Apple Newton, AOL and the Compact Disc to Satellite Radio, Twitter and the iPhone, Steven has focused on the use of emerging tools and technologies to enhance both brand articulation and recruitment for a multitude of organizations including Deloitte, Exelon, Walmart, P&G, Areva, GlaxoSmithKline, Disney, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and Yale University.

Steven is constantly on the move, both in the office and out, working with TMPers and clients alike to explore, develop, and implement strategic initiatives leveraging social media, new technology, and innovative employer brand delivery channels. Steven also brings campus marketing, brand articulation, website development and software development experience to his work at TMP Worldwide.

Steven is frequently a featured speaker at events around the country. Engagements include the Meshworking 2.0 event at Google US, multiple Innovation Days at Google UK, the Conference Board’s Annual Diversity Conference, the Conference Board’s Extending Your Brand to Employees Conference, the NACE National Conference, the Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) CCN event, Lehman Brothers’ WILLPower, The Social Media Summit, and the Campus Recruiting Forum.

Steven is a recipient of the 2010 SIFE Champion Award.
