As the Director of Talent Strategy and Acquisition at Rogers Communications – Canada’s leading Communications company, Marianne is building on more than 2 decades of HR experience in progressive roles in various areas including HR Business Partner, Organizational Design, Training and Development and 10 years of focus in Talent Strategy and Acquisition.  Marianne is responsible for directing a team of 50+ recruiting professionals and talent strategists/analysts to leverage market leading recruiting technology and social media techniques to deliver over 7000 hires per year to Rogers.
