As the economy begins the long recovery process after the turbulence of the past couple of years, businesses across the country continue to look for ways to cut costs and boost their bottom line. Rather than slashing prices, lying off employees, and scaling back inventory, many companies are discovering the fiscal advantages of outsourcing their HR functions, prompting a spike in demand for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) providers. According to a study led by Gartner, a technology research company, the HRO market is expected to expand by nearly 25% by 2010.
