In this ten-year follow-up survey, Deloitte (www.deloitte.ca) and the University of Toronto’s Centre for Industrial Relations (www.chass.utoronto.ca/cir) worked together to analyze our findings and develop conclusions from data from approximately 200 Canadian organizations on the current state and future challenges of the human resources function in Canada. This summary report provides specific details and insights on:
- – HR leadership and staffing;
- – HR roles and responsibilities;
- – profile of select activities; and,
- – HR performance metrics.
