Hello,

Can anyone share their payment terms for on-call/standby? In our case, the employee would be required to respond within one hour. We are trying to determine what a "normal" rate of pay would be for:

a)being on-call overnight (ie. 5pm-8am weekdays) and;
b)being on-call on weekends

Thanks for any input that you can provide!
