Cell Phones, Texting and Driving: How is your company responding?

Ontario will soon be the next province to ban drivers from using hand-held cell phones and other devices while operating a motor vehicle.

I understand that employers will be exposed to liability if their employees fail to comply with the new ban. Additionally, employers may be vicariously liable for injuries and damages caused by their employees who breach the new ban while driving in the course of their employment. Employers may also be held directly liable, as owners of vehicles driven by employees, for violations of the new ban.

I would be interested to know what employers are doing to manage their liability?

For example:
Are you providing bluetooth headsets to all employees who have company cell phones / blackberrys?
OR
Are you stating a complete ban on taking business calls, making business calls and texting whilst driving?
